With a background in Geodesy and extensive experience as a former Microsoft engineer specializing in SharePoint, Andrei is a key contributor to the Boco Prime IT team. As a Microsoft Solution Architect, he merges autonomy with precision to craft innovative digital workplace solutions, utilizing Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint, Power Platform, Azure and Microsoft 365.

Since joining the team in 2018, Andrei has brought a remarkable blend of deep expertise and unwavering dedication to his role. His exceptional work ethic and commitment to excellence have been instrumental in streamlining business operations and driving digital transformation across various industries. Driven by a strong commitment to results, Andrei consistently exceeds expectations, optimizing workflows and implementing cutting-edge solutions.

Beyond his technical skills, Andrei finds immense fulfilment in his family and enjoys spending his free time repairing electronics and playing couch co-op games with his loved ones.

With an academic background in Cybernetics, Razvan began his career at Microsoft as a college hire, where he worked on Exchange for Microsoft’s enterprise customers. Since joining the team, Razvan has been instrumental in orchestrating numerous migrations to Microsoft 365, seamlessly integrating cutting-edge solutions with organizational needs. His enthusiasm for Device Management is evident in his successful deployment of thousands of devices through various configurations.

Razvan’s skills also extend to the complex field of Data Protection, where he has skillfully managed Data Governance and Security. His strategies have enhanced data integrity and protection across diverse enterprises, reinforcing our commitment to effective information management practices.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Razvan is a dedicated guitarist and a lifelong learner in financial management. His creative talents shine through in his passion for video editing and filmmaking, where he brings his artistic vision to life.

With a robust background in Computer Science, Matei has gained experience working with both start-ups and the industry giant, Microsoft. His boundless technical curiosity and unwavering passion for solving complex issues make him an invaluable asset.

Within the team, Matei specializes in Cloud Solutions, with a particular emphasis on Security, ensuring that our solutions are both efficient and secure.

Beyond his professional endeavours, Matei is an avid tinkerer, and has a keen interest in mixology, where he enjoys experimenting with flavours and techniques to create unique concoctions.

With a robust legal background, Oana has been an integral part of our team, contributing to a wide range of projects, from asset management to cloud platform support. Her flexibility and exceptional organizational skills ensure that every task is executed with precision and efficiency.

Teodor holds an academic background in Mathematics and Computer Science, bringing a highly analytical and innovative approach to his role at Boco Prime IT. A self-proclaimed “nerd” with a love for technology, Teodor’s enthusiasm extends beyond the workplace. He enjoys immersing himself in video games and exploring the expansive worlds of science fiction.

Teodora holds a degree in Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology, with her thesis focused on developing a Driver Drowsiness Detection System using Machine Learning and a microcontroller.

At Boco Prime IT, she specializes in Data Engineering, AI and Power Platform. Teodora is passionate about uncovering the stories within data, empowering clients to confidently navigate the digital landscape. Outside of work, Teodora enjoys walking her dogs and indulging in her passion for crocheting.

Within the team, Andrei specializes in Office 365 and Power Platform, leveraging his extensive knowledge to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and develop custom applications. Irina, with a degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, and Information Technology, began her journey at Garrett as a Marketing Engineer. Her career took a technical turn at Huawei, where she started building her skills in server and storage support.

At Boco Prime IT, Irina plays a crucial role in Identity Management and Cloud Support. She has shown remarkable grit in solving technical challenges, implementing identity management systems, and ensuring smooth cloud integration. Her determination and problem-solving skills make her a valuable member of the team.

Outside the office, Irina enjoys exploring new places, savoring gourmet experiences, and spending quality time with friends.
